Steph completed her 200 hour training and Yin instruction through Lotus House of Yoga. She found yoga in 2016 when she was injured while training for a half marathon. Initially Steph was looking for a “stretching” class, but soon found that yoga was so much more than the poses.
Steph has always been a part of a high achieving, and high stress environment. Yoga has given her mind the opportunity to rest, pause and be present. Her classes are centered around dynamic yoga flows, mediation, mindset coaching and sharing the peace that comes with yoga.

Angie began her career as a pediatric nurse. That training instilled in her a passion for health and wellness, grounded in a foundation of anatomy and biomechanics. Her yoga journey and practice has steadily grown and evolved over the years. In yoga, she found a means to discover peace, strength and beauty. Her desire to both deepen her own practice, and to share it with others, inspired her to obtain 200 hour RYT certification.
Angie’s focus is on helping clients find a creative and energizing mind-body connection through flows that capture the aesthetic transforming nature of this ancient practice. She has a special interest in developing unique yoga curricula to build strength, mindfulness and resiliency in women and children. Born and raised in Omaha, Tracy has been in the healthcare industry and has extensive knowledge and understanding of overall health, fitness and body awareness.
Tracy started practicing yoga to regain clarity in life and restore her health from the inside out. She completed her 200 Hour RYT in 2021 with One Tree Yoga. Her teaching style is inclusive for all, with a goal of creating a safe space that allows each student to show up exactly as they are and where they are. Tracy wants to promote space for self discovery and encouragement to grow both physically and spiritually. Her desire is teaching others to conquer their inner chaos and boldly step into the healthiest, most fulfilled version of themselves. True freedom lies in having the awareness and becoming the observer of our own thoughts, ultimately gifting us the power of choice to navigate each day with conscious appreciation.
Tracy is a wife, a mother of four, and a business owner. She loves to travel and spend time in nature.

Ariel and her family love to travel and find themselves at a new Yoga Studio with each adventure they take. Ariel found yoga in 2013 after being away from tumbling for 10+ years from an injury. She began practicing hot vinyasa flow in 2020, and fell in love with the practice all over again. Ariel trained under the tutelage of her mentors, Liz Hagestad and Steve Safranek and received her 200-hour RYT in 2022 at Lifetime Fitness. Her approach to yoga encompasses energy, peace, intuition, grace, and spirituality. Ariel loves to share that yoga is a practice of self-exploration, self-acceptance, and self-transformation.

Michelle has been passionate about fitness since childhood, playing sports through high school and continuing to stay active throughout college and her motherhood journey. She has explored a variety of fitness activities, from tennis and pickleball to yoga, weightlifting, and all things cardio. While she enjoys every aspect of fitness, it’s yoga that truly makes her feel her best—both mentally and physically. Yoga is her sanctuary, helping her show up as a better mom, wife, friend, and nurse practitioner.
When Michelle isn’t taking care of patients or spending time with her husband and three kids, you can find her on the mat. Recently, she felt a calling to inspire other women to feel their best too, through movement and self-care. This led her to pursue her 200-hour Melt Yoga Teacher Training, which she completed in November 2024. Michelle is beyond excited to share her passion for yoga, break a sweat, and flow with you on the mat!

Jamie began her yoga journey while in college where she sought to build strength, find community, and develop a healthy outlet for stress. Jamie continued her practice as a compliment to a demanding career and raising a family. Yoga has always been the place for Jamie to bring her authentic self while discovering needed peace and strength.
Jamie is a trial attorney, so you should have no trouble following her directions and invitations. But, she hopes you will find that she both pushes and supports you through your yoga experience. In Jamie’s class, you will find an authentic and welcoming environment, strong flows to build strength, and great music (get ready to flow to some country music in particular!)
Jamie’s journey to, and then through, yoga teacher training was transformational. Jamie remains grateful to her many mentors and peers at Melt who encouraged and supported this journey.
